Residents
Apply or report a repair.
Three jobs: apply, understand screening, and report a repair. A person reads what you send.
01
Apply for a rental
Name the residence, the household, and the income. You can tour first. The $50 fee per adult applicant is only for screening, and it is not a card charge on this site.
Every lease is 12 months. Our four rentals are in Oak Forest, Monee, Kankakee, and Ottawa, and every property has air conditioning. Pricing and availability come directly from the leasing office. Ask the leasing office which units are open.
02
Screening rules
What we review first, how criminal history is handled under Illinois and Cook County rules, and how a voucher is counted.
The first review covers identity, household size, gross income against the rent, rental history, and credit in context. There is no single credit-score cutoff. This website never asks for a card number.
03
Maintenance
A written request for a repair, plus the service line for gas, flooding, lockouts, and loss of heat.
Name the residence and unit, describe what failed, and say whether we may enter. Gas, active flooding, fire or smoke, and no heat in freezing weather are emergencies. For gas, leave the building first. For fire, call 911, then use the contact form. For a breaker, a clogged drain, or a chirping smoke detector, the maintenance page lists quick fixes you can try first.
04
Ask about a request
Questions about an application or a repair you already sent? Use the contact form and include your name, the residence, and the date you wrote in.
A person on the leasing or service desk will reply by email or phone.
