Leasing is handled through our contact form and staff follow-up. Screening follows the Illinois Human Rights Act at every property, including its protections for source of income and arrest records, and the Cook County Just Housing Amendment at our Oak Forest home. A Housing Choice Voucher is part of a normal file.
