Privacy notice.

What we collect. Only what you type into a form: for example your name, contact details, the residence you are asking about, and, on a rental application, household and income information. The site does not ask for a Social Security number or a payment card number.

How we use it. To answer your request, process a rental application you started, schedule a showing or repair, or reply to an owner inquiry. We do not sell personal information.

Who processes it. Website forms are not switched on yet. When they are, messages will be emailed to our office inbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Email can pass through several servers on its way, so please keep sensitive details out of messages. If we later order a screening report with your consent, that report would come from a consumer reporting agency we have not yet named on this site.

Rent records. If you rent from us, we keep a record of rent charges and payments for your unit so we can show the balance. Those records are kept offline in our office systems, not in a public staff area on this website.

Saved residences. The Save feature stores a list of residences in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us. Clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

Cookies and tracking. This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

Your choices. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, use the contact form.

Effective date: November 5, 2026. We keep form messages as long as needed to answer them and for our ordinary business records, then delete or archive them under our office practice.
